Amélie Rouvin is the Environment & Circular Economy Manager, at Veolia.

Amélie was responsible for defining the environmental objectives plan for Veolia for 2020 and was in charge of the coordination of the Paris Agreement, COP21 on climate change for the Veolia Group. She is also the liaison Delegate for Veolia at the WBCSD (World Business Council for Sustainable Development).

With 163,000 employees in more than 40 countries, Veolia is the global leader in optimised resource management, designs and provides water, waste and energy management solutions to communities and industries.
 
Prior to joining the Veolia Group in 2005, Amélie worked in an NGO (Comité21), in a small marketing agency and on the ground, with a background in business development.

In 2016 she published a report at the WBCSD on circular economy 'Unlocking more value with fewer resources', and Amélie also published the book, 'The Keys to coaching in Businesses' (French) when she was 23.

At Powering the change, Amélie will share her insights on how to get started in developing circular economy approaches in businesses, providing environmental solutions to communities and the levers for implementing circular economy at scale.
